SMS Consent & Opt-In Policy

Assystant AI LLC sends text messages to customers of our client businesses after a completed service appointment. These messages are sent on behalf of the service business the customer booked with.

How Consent Is Collected

Consent to receive SMS messages is obtained verbally during the appointment booking phone call. Our AI-powered receptionist informs the caller that they may receive a brief follow-up text message after their service appointment. All booking calls are recorded, providing a verifiable record of verbal consent.

Message Frequency

Customers receive one (1) SMS message per completed service appointment. No recurring or marketing messages are sent.

Message Content

Messages thank the customer for their business and include an optional link to leave a Google review for the service provider.

Opt-Out

Customers may opt out of future messages at any time by replying STOP to any message received. Upon receiving a STOP request, no further messages will be sent to that phone number.
